The compiled commuting temperature results using the Frost King Pipe Wrap encased Eventuri intake are shown in the chart below:
The addition of the pipe wrap to the Eventuri intake and stock accordion hose resulted in an average turbo inlet air temperature that was 4 degrees F lower than previous best recorded.
With Frost King wrapped Eventuri Intake, it increases the air flow too? Is it within margin of error? Am I reading this correctly?
The flow testing is done using a flow bench. I did not test the Eventuri on the flow bench with the wrap as the pipe wrap is on the exterior of the intake and would have no affect on flow performance.
Flow rate didn’t change if I’m reading the chart correctly.
Correct. The wrap is on the exterior of the intake and would not affect airflow through the interior.
