As a recent post discussed, Ed Susman, the owner of Equilibrium Tuning Inc. (EQT), can be found using his access to enthusiast groups on social media to discredit consumers who express their opinions.

In a recent example of this, Ed Susman asserts that a consumer who commented about EQT was “cowardly.“

After Ed published these comments on social media, I contacted Equilibrium Tuning to ask Ed Susman to justify his accusations. He failed to respond to any of the five (5) separate communications.

I’ve also concluded that Ed’s conduct indicates a lack of integrity and ethics, as well as dishonesty.

Ed Susman is a salesman who offers aftermarket automotive parts to consumers. Ed maintains a significant presence among automotive enthusiast groups on social media, where a lack of regulatory oversight creates vulnerabilities for consumers to unethical business practices.

Ed Susman has described his own conduct as unprofessional and cowardly, which are red flags that consumers should be cautious about when interacting with him or other employees of his company, Equilibrium Tuning Inc.
